Paula has over 16 years experience as a people manager within the financial services sector. Within that role Paula was actively involved in performance and capability management, client relationship management, change management and recruitment as well as having a wealth of experience in organisation, time management and planning. Paula enjoys supporting others towards success in their business. She thrives on finding the most efficient way to get things done.
